Please note that we retain exclusive rights to all Internet sales of WIREWORX beaded animals and beaded key chains and do not permit resale to other retailers.

Terms
First order
Receive 10% off over $200 not including shipping/handling with use of coupon; prepaid by check, money order, Zelle, wire transfer, credit card or PayPal. Allow 7 days for check clearance.
Subsequent orders
Orders shipped upon receipt of payment in full. We’ll consider approving established accounts with net30 payment terms.

Shipping
For orders not placed via the website, where the shipping option is chosen by the customer, we’ll likely use the least expensive shipping option from UPS ground or USPS unless a specific shipping option is requested.
Shipping is at the customer’s expense.
The free standard domestic shipping offer for orders over $50 is not available to wholesale clients.

Return policy
Return authorization must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods and goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original, individual packaging, where applicable and in salable condition. Returns are subject at our discretion to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will
not be reimbursed.
Damaged or defective goods must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Damage can occur in transit. Damaged goods must be promptly reported to the shipper as well. Save all packing material. If there’s visible damage to a box please notify the driver and make sure it is noted before signing. Once the damage has been properly reported and the item returned, if required, we’ll credit your account (and, if requested, send a replacement with the next order) or remove the item from the invoice (if net 30). If return of damaged goods is requested, this should be done once shipper has completed their inspection.
Note that due to the nature of the bead and wire art, the shapes are somewhat pliable and many parts can be adjusted.

Missing goods
A missing box or discrepancies between the shipped contents and the enclosed invoice must be reported to Wow Imports within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Items out of stock
Prior to shipping we’ll inform a customer if any items ordered aren’t in stock. You’ll have the option for a refund or to substitute for other products.
Late payment
Payment not received within 30 days of shipping date will incur a flat late fee of 5% and we reserve the right to suspend or limit credit. Reinstatement of credit or of the original credit line is solely at our discretion. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. All costs and fees incurred in collecting of overdue
accounts will be charged to the customer.

General
All items that come in various colors and an option isn’t offered for choosing the color are sold as assorted. We’ll generally send an assortment, depending on available inventory, unless specific colors are requested and in stock.
If a requested color(s) or particular beaded animal or beaded key chain is out of stock or is not offered (and we are able to make it) we will accept special orders to be added to our next shipment from Africa, which takes place 1-2 times yearly.
We can also organize special shipments to be sent direct from Africa to any worldwide destination. You have the opportunity to order any of our stocked items in your choice of size and color and to request custom designed pieces. If shipped direct to you from Africa then you bear all related shipping and import expenses. You’ll also receive special product pricing since the shipping and import expenses are not calculated into our pricing. We’ll provide shipping options and costs prior to finalizing your order. A 50% deposit is required in order to process special orders and is non refundable. The balance will be charged when the order is ready to ship and net30 from shipping date for approved accounts. Please note that special orders are non returnable unless received damaged and brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.
